  1. Analysis of associations between aorta tissue protein expression and vascular lipids was carried out for all mice in all treatment groups using Pearson’s correlation coefficients. Lipid biomarker, spot number, protein name and strength of association (positive and negative) are shown together with the corresponding P value.
